The Key Accounts client partnerships team is looking for a Partnerships Manager to manage and drive business in the Turkish-speaking market. As a Partnerships Manager you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships.
About the role
Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem, deep connections with the services industry and an ability to evolve in a fast‑paced demanding startup environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets' revenue generation, as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in the services industry.
Define the growth services accounts vertical strategy and manage key accounts planning within your book of business.
- Take ownership of growth accounts across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment, and other service categories, with a focus on activation and nurturing to scale clients to the next level.
- Confidently engage with long-tail accounts, applying a one-to-many approach to drive efficiency and unlock new opportunities.
- Create compelling vertical packages and narratives reflecting industry-based trends and use cases that match partner business objectives.
- Grow existing relationships within the vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities.
- Develop a consultative approach to offer best-in-class media strategies, from business planning to KPI measurement.
- Educate brand stakeholders on the key value of TikTok as a platform and build best practices for the vertical.
- Ensure a state-of-the‑art business servicing level with the support of client solutions and cross‑functional teams.
- Initiate and lead internal and external initiatives pertaining to the services industry to meet revenue objectives.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Proven experience in the services industry, particularly servicing online apps players in the Turkish market.
- Strong interest in performance marketing, especially app and web marketing.
- Solid understanding of TikTok and its commercial offering.
- Ability to manage long-tail accounts and execute scalable one-to-many solutions.
- Due to the nature of the business and accounts this role will be managing, fluency in Turkish and English is important with a willingness to travel as business needs arise.
