Job description

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  1. Create opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle for the Managed Services Hybrid Cloud Cyber Security & Infrastructure solutions for Enterprise & Real Estate Accounts in Dubai.
  2. Engage customers in technical solution discussions and propose value on solutions around Hybrid Cloud Managed Services Cyber Security & Infrastructure Solutions.
  3. Demonstrate excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills, strong analytical and business planning skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, including making presentations and negotiating with both clients and vendors.
  4. Utilize consultative solution selling and business development skills at the CXO level to align the clients' business needs with the company's solutions.
  5. Manage and farm large Enterprise Accounts (Strategic Account Management).
  6. Make impactful solution presentations to customers.
  7. Effectively communicate and collaborate with respective Practice Presale & Project Managers on miscellaneous issues covering presales and postsales until a project is signed off by the customer.
  8. Attend tech seminars and exhibitions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on the new range of solutions announced.
  9. Recognize clients' business needs, interpret them, and produce/prepare appropriate proposals.
  10. Follow up on outstanding receivables from customers.
  11. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual gross margin targets and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Graduate in any discipline; science graduates, engineers, and MBAs are preferred.
  2. Industry experience of over 15-20 years in direct solution selling (with at least five years of sales experience working in the Enterprise/Real Estate Vertical).
  3. Experience in selling Private and Public Cloud solutions for 5 years in any geography.
  4. Experience in selling Managed Services for 5 years in UAE or India.
  5. Minimum industry experience of 15-20 years in direct selling.
  6. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  7. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  8. Key attributes associated with this role include being incredibly professional, dynamic, and motivated.
  9. Ability to present proposals persuasively.
  10. Ability to work with large teams.
  11. UAE Driving license is a must.
