Job Responsibilities

• Supervise all civil works at the site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards and timelines.
• Review and validate technical documentation, shop drawings, method statements, ITPs and material submittals.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of site works.
• Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality checks to verify work progress and report any deviations or issues.
• Assist in resolving technical site problems, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience including at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
• Proven experience in large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC (e.g., high-rise buildings, infrastructure or mixed-use developments).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, documentation and site coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE local codes, standards and authority requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and site reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
