Job description

We are looking for a young, passionate IT Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder with strong experience in both Windows and Mac environments .

To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering . Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or similar certifications are a plus. If you’re naturally a problem solver, enjoy assisting people with computer issues, and can explain technical details in a clear and simple manner, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience (mandatory).
  • Since this is a junior role, younger candidates are preferred.
  • Strong experience working with Windows and Mac systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization, cloud services, IT security, backup scenarios, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, document solutions, and provide excellent client support.
  • Willing to work with multiple clients and travel for projects if required.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers , handling troubleshooting, issue resolution, technical documentation, and proactive support.
  • Additional certifications in Apple, Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies are a plus.
  • Experience in cloud technology and data loss prevention software is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Helpdesk applications and RMM tools such as Ninja is a plus.
