- Assist in project management administration functions and administrative duties as assigned in alignment with the Chief Executive Officer's directions to Strategic Business Units and RTA agencies, adhering to deadlines.
- Assist the Office Manager with teams and committees, and attend internal and external meetings as necessary.
- Support the Office Manager with tasks and duties based on workload demands.
- Follow up and generate reports for the Monthly Performance Report for all CASS Departments.
- Maintain records related to the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) and achievements of the Corporate Excellence Team.
- Participate in reviewing internal business processes and process maps.
- Ensure timely distribution of announcements and circulars to all locations and staff.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Office Manager.
- Maintain and update reports and procedures in the Committee Tracking System (CTS) periodically.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience from a recognized university, or a Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
