Experience and Competencies Requirements:

1. 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role within financial services or fintech.
2. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
3. Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-wide IT strategies that support business transformation.
4. Deep knowledge of financial systems, core banking, payment technologies, and fintech platforms.
5. Strong expertise in cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and IT governance frameworks.
6. Experience managing large-scale system integrations, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, data analytics).
7. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing IT teams, foster innovation, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
