We're recruiting a Chef de Partie (CDP) Pastry to join one of our clients' cafes based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client

Our client is a café in Dubai known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and high-quality food and beverages. Designed as a comfortable space for friends, families, and professionals, the café brings together freshly prepared dishes, specialty coffees, and a selection of desserts made with premium ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including breads, croissants, viennoiseries, pastries, cakes, pies, tarts, and chocolates
  • Follow and maintain standard recipes, techniques, and presentation guidelines established by the Pastry Chef or Executive Chef
  • Ensure all pastry items are produced with consistent quality, texture, and presentation at the highest standards
  • Apply professional decorating and finishing techniques to enhance the visual appeal and overall presentation of each product
Requirements
