Job summary

A luxury resort in Dubai is seeking a talented Female Chef de Cuisine for its White Orchid restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring authentic Southeast Asian flavors to life by leading kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional standards of food quality and safety. Candidates with at least 4 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in Asian cuisine—preferably Thai—are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

  • Experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in an Asian (preferably Thai) restaurant for at least 4 years.

We are seeking a talented Female Chef de Cuisine with a passion for Southeast Asian cuisine — preferably Thai — to lead our iconic White Orchid kitchen.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations with hands‑on excellence
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, taste & safety
  • Drive authentic Southeast Asian (Thai preferred) culinary identity
  • Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams in line with hotel and municipality standards
  • Maintain full compliance with HACCP & food safety requirements
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance guest satisfaction and financial performance
  • Ensure brand standards and exceptional dining experiences at every service
What We’re Looking For
  • Female Thai Chef preferred
  • Experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in an Asian (preferably Thai) restaurant for at least 4 years
  • Culinary Degree / Diploma in Food Production
  • Advanced Food Hygiene & HACCP certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
