Job summary

A prominent healthcare institution in Dubai seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance of CCTV systems and related security equipment. The role requires at least two years of experience within a healthcare maintenance department, familiarity with engineering standards, and strong skills in low voltage systems and Microsoft Office. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a Healthcare organisation's maintenance department or similar institution.
• Knowledge of codes of practice, applicable standards and engineering principles.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine operator-level preventive maintenance on CCTV digital video and fibre optics equipment.
• Installs, maintains, repairs, and replaces security cameras and related equipment.
• Completes all reports, correspondence, Work Control documents and other paperwork.
