Job summary

A financial services company in Dubai seeks a highly organized Cashier & Bookkeeper. This dual role requires strong financial knowledge, front-end cashiering skills, and back-end bookkeeping expertise. Responsibilities include managing cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing reconciliation reports. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the UAE, a degree in accounting or finance, and proficiency in accounting software. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role in the UAE.
• Total of 4-5 years of experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, or related finance role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare daily cash and bank reconciliation reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
