Job Responsibilities
  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment preferably in the banking sector.
  2. Open to Arabic and non-Arabic speakers.
  3. Must be flexible and available for the work of 24/7 shift work.
  4. Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
  5. Fluent in Arabic & English.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  7. High level of professionalism.
  8. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
