Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment preferably in the banking sector.
- Open to Arabic and non-Arabic speakers.
- Must be flexible and available for the work of 24/7 shift work.
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
