What You’ll Do
  • Find and meet catering merchants through appointments and door‑to‑door visits, building partnerships and signing cooperation agreements.
  • Assist partner restaurants in setting up their online stores on the platform, and provide training on how to manage their online delivery business.
  • Collaborate with partner merchants to plan online marketing campaigns, and offer professional solutions for delivery operations, helping our partner restaurants enhance their delivery business.
  • Conduct regular visits to maintain customer relationships with partner restaurants, and collaborate with various departments to address and resolve daily queries from these partner restaurants.

  • Willingness to work mainly in the field, with on‑site negotiations and service provision for cooperating merchants.
  • Emirati talent (as part of Emiratization initiative)
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Preferred requirements
  • Rich experience in sales and merchant service, with prior roles as Account Manager (AM) or Business Development (BD) in e-commerce or delivery platforms.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
