Job summary

A leading IT services firm in Dubai is seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager to drive cloud adoption and expand their Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services business. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B IT sales, strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, and excellent communication skills. If you are self-driven and have a proven sales track record, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience in Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).
  • Self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

We’re Hiring Business Development / Sales Manager (IT Services)

Are you passionate about driving cloud adoption and helping businesses unlock the power of Microsoft solutions? We’re looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Target Market: UAE

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions bundled with our managed services (migration, support, helpdesk, security).
  • Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deal registrations.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).
  • Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
