Job Title: Business Development Manager PROPQA AI (Dubai, UAE)

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management), with 4-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or SaaS, and a valid UAE Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, prospect, and secure new real estate brokerage clients through cold calling, networking, events, and referrals.
  2. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Senior BDM.
  3. Build and manage a sales pipeline, track leads, and update CRM from initial contact to closure.
  4. Deliver engaging product presentations and personalized demos.
  5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  6. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.
  7. Relay client feedback and market sentiment to cross-functional teams for product/service improvement.
