About the Role

Were looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing international team. This role is about more than just sales its about building genuine partnerships identifying opportunity in complexity and helping organizations find real value through peoplecentered solutions.

As part of the team youll work remotely across the EU region developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. Youll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and contribute to the strategic direction of business development efforts. If youre proactive relationshipdriven and passionate about growth this could be a great match.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via partner networks referrals and direct outreach
  • Build longterm trustbased relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored consultative solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting client retention and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends competitor activity and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations negotiate contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Report on performance and pipeline activity to internal stakeholders
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English speaker (C1) with strong communication skills across written and spoken formats
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field with a proven track record in sales within financial services or related sectors
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial sales or business development role
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services with the ability to engage clients in commerciallydriven conversations and deliver tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets; comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment
