Position: Business Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong long‑term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
- Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Fluent/native in English (C1) with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of industry‑specific products and services enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven experience over the past 6 to 12 months.
