🌍 International Business Development Manager

📍 Location: Dubai | 🏢 Hybrid (3 days in office) | 📄 Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to AED 271,000 + 193,000 OTE

About the Role

As an International Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving SaaS revenue growth across international markets. You’ll identify key decision-makers, build strong relationships, and deliver value-driven solutions that transform education. This is a high-impact role with opportunities for global exposure and travel.

What You’ll Do
  • Exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive outreach
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data
  • Develop deep knowledge of Tes’s product portfolio and market positioning
  • Forge long-term partnerships with C-level decision-makers
  • Ability to manage a longer sales cycle ensuring multiple personas are engaged
