The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in an event agency and will be available for interviews in Dubai. This full-time position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the event industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
