Your mission

As our Business Development Manager, your mission is to identify, activate, and grow partnerships that expand Daos Hub’s ecosystem. With a strong grasp of emerging technologies and business dynamics, you’ll create win‑win relationships that boost visibility, unlock opportunities, and accelerate our global expansion.

Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap
  • 0–30 Days: Get up to speed with our products, ecosystem, and key accounts. Start mapping partnership opportunities and understand our current pipeline.
  • 31–60 Days: Initiate contact with potential partners, prepare pitch materials, and start closing early‑stage deals. Collaborate with the team on go‑to‑market and partnership strategies.
  • 61–90 Days: Own the relationship funnel end‑to‑end. Launch joint initiatives and help systematize outreach, follow‑ups, and reporting frameworks.
How You’ll Contribute
  • Lead full‑cycle B2B sales and business development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy in alignment with CEO.
  • Handle inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to drive new leads.
  • Conduct market and partner research to guide strategic decisions.
  • Represent Daos Hub in calls and events with clarity and confidence.
  • Drive end‑to‑end partner communications, from pitch to contract negotiation.
  • Close deals with startup founders, tech leaders, and venture partners.
  • Track KPIs and adapt strategies to improve conversion and engagement.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years in business development or sales—ideally in fast‑paced or startup environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Web3 or blockchain background strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to pivot, adapt, and deliver under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑starting approach to tasks and planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem‑solving.
  • High attention to detail and structured execution.
  • English and Ukrainian at upper‑intermediate level or higher.
