Job description

We are a leading Smart Lock company in the Region. We are lookimg for Business development Executives to join our organization. Roles and Responsibilities are as below. Candidates having experience in Smart Locks/ Access Control will be preferred

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to foster long-term business engagements.
  • Conduct detailed competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for potential growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader in the marketplace.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to support effective follow-up and pipeline management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset for international business dealings.
