Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support to the executive in daily tasks and business trips
  • Plan and arrange business trips, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
  • Provide on-site translation and interpretation, ensuring smooth communication in both Chinese and English
  • Follow up on tasks assigned by the executive to ensure completion
  • Assist in managing drivers, nannies, and other daily support staff
  • Provide necessary assistance during business trips or official events (e.g., luggage and item preparation)

Requirements
