Job Summary:

Wisdom House is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business/Feasibility Consultant to join our dynamic hospitality consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth feasibility studies for hotel and resort developments, analyzing market trends, financial projections, and operational models to assess the viability of new projects. This role is critical to guiding our clients toward informed investment decisions in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies for hotel, resort, and F&B developments.
• Analyze financial performance, including revenue forecasts, operating costs, ROI, and breakeven analysis.
• Develop demand and supply assessments based on current and projected market data.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, brand representatives, and financial institutions to gather project-specific information.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on regional and international hospitality trends and regulatory changes.
• Support business development initiatives by preparing proposals and participating in client pitches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality consulting, real estate, or financial analysis.i>
• Strong knowledge of the GCC hospitality market is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hotel operator selection and contract analysis.
• Familiarity with HVS methodology or similar industry-standard feasibility frameworks.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
