We are recruiting a Business Analyst for one of our clients based in Ras al Khaimah.

Objectives

To support the Regional Director by providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making with a focus on business performance tracking market analysis pricing strategy forecasting and cross-functional coordination with sales operations and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends, customer segments, pricing patterns and channel performance across the MEA region
• Prepare regular dashboards and presentations for regional leadership and global HQ
• Build annual and multi-year strategic plans by identifying growth opportunities and business risks
• Evaluate territory performance incentive plans and pipeline health
• Partner with pricing teams to model the impact of pricing changes, promotions or bundling strategies
• Model ROI for capital expenditures, new plant investments or distribution expansions
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in reporting tools (e.g. ERP, CRM, Excel models)

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial modeling or commercial planning, preferably within the building materials, construction chemicals or manufacturing sectors
• An MBA or professional certifications (e.g. CFA, PMP, Six Sigma) are considered an advantage
