Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the fitout industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, references, social media, and site visits; present the companys portfolio and services effectively.
  • Coordinate with the Estimation team for tenders, arrange site visits, and ensure submission of competitive quotations.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to prepare proposals and layouts based on client requirements; organize clarification meetings when needed.
  • Register and track qualified leads internally while supporting the Estimation team with detailed project and site insights.
  • Follow up with clients, present service quality, and negotiate to close deals at optimal terms.
  • Prepare weekly market analysis reports highlighting trends, challenges, and potential improvement areas.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
  • Provide post-sales support, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up database and ensure all communications are recorded accurately.
  • Assess potential risksethical, financial, or strategicbefore finalizing any client agreement.
  • Conduct market research and engage with consultants, suppliers, and other industry contacts to identify new business opportunities.
