Job summary

A leading firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled BIM Operator to manage Building Information Models using BIM software, primarily Autodesk Revit. In this role, you will develop 3D models, ensure compliance with project standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You must hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering and be certified in Revit, with at least 2-4 years of BIM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant BIM experience in construction/design projects.
• Certified in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of Dynamo or BIM 360 is a plus.

Job Title: BIM Operator

Job Summary:

The BIM Operator is responsible for creating updating and managing Building Information Models using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit. This role supports the design and coordination process across architectural structural and MEP disciplines ensuring accuracy compliance and efficient collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D models using Revit and other BIM tools.
  
• Coordinate models across multiple disciplines (Architecture Structure MEP).
  
• Generate drawings schedules and documentation from BIM models.
  
• Ensure models meet project standards specifications and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  
• Collaborate with design teams and attend coordination meetings as required.
  
• Maintain version control and proper documentation for all BIM files.
  
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelors degree in architecture Engineering or a related field.
  
• Certified in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
  
• Minimum 2 4 years of relevant BIM experience in construction/design projects.
  
• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks; knowledge of Dynamo or BIM 360 is a plus.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

Preferred:

• Understanding of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
  
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams or large-scale infrastructure projects.
