Overview

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, support operations, manage laundry, ensure safety standards, and provide excellent guest service in various facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and housekeeping tasks across varied areas, including floors, furniture, guest rooms, and public spaces.
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety standards; reporting issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Professional laundry care, including washing, ironing, stain removal, garment maintenance, and management of linen inventory.
  • Assisting with errands, maintenance tasks, and basic operations support; coordinating with supervisors as needed.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and supporting activities in a safe, professional manner.
  • Support spa, golf, or other facility operations as required, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards and assisting guests.
  • Monitor inventory, replenish supplies, and ensure timely preparation for guest arrivals or events.
Qualifications
  • Customer service skills and professionalism; ability to communicate in basic English.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different settings (hotels, villas, offices, and other facilities).
  • Experience with cleaning, sanitation, and handling delicate fabrics or luxury garments is a plus.
  • Availability for immediate start and flexibility to cover multiple shift types as required.
