Overview

Seeking an experienced Head Bartender/Mixologist to ensure quality beverage service, maintain cleanliness, and exceed guest expectations through teamwork and effective communication.

Experience in high-end Beach Club or luxury resort environments is preferred, with fluency in English and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage bar operations, cocktail creation, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Lead and train bar staff, manage inventory and stock levels, and verify age for beverage service.
• Prepare and serve beverages, engage with guests, upsell beverages, and deliver exceptional guest experiences to achieve revenue targets.
• Create beverage menus, participate in promotional activities, and collaborate with team to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain bar organization, handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, and uphold health and hygiene standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards across all bar activities.

Qualifications
