Job Summary

You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks to our customers. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and well‑stocked workspace and customer area, provide excellent customer service, and work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
• Ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all times.
• Liaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations.
• Cleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment and re‑stocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.
• Correctly ordering, dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.

Job Requirements
