You will drive strategic direction, manage material management functions, and ensure compliance with standards. Ideal candidates will have significant industry experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role, and possess strong financial management skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar industry, including at least 4+ years leading a comparable function.
• Strong experience in building and improving internal processes.
• GCC/regional Middle East experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage material planning, procurement, logistics, and storage activities.
• Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy.
• Manage suppliers and logistics partners, overseeing contracts and negotiations.
• Ensure stock levels and material tracking are accurate.
• Maintain compliance with risk management and material handling standards.
• Lead a small team, setting objectives and providing performance feedback.
• Monitor departmental budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
