Position: Auto Painter

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Auto Painter you will be responsible for providing high-quality paint jobs on a variety of vehicles including cars trucks and heavy equipment. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for painting mixing and applying paint and ensuring a smooth and flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding filling and masking as needed

- Mix paint to match vehicle color and apply paint using a variety of techniques such as spraying rolling and brushing

- Ensure a smooth and flawless finish by carefully sanding and buffing painted surfaces

- Inspect painted vehicles for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections

- Keep work area clean and organized and properly dispose of paint and other materials

- Communicate with other team members and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment when necessary

- Maintain knowledge of new paint products techniques and equipment to continuously improve skills and stay current with industry trends

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Painter in a professional setting

- Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques

- Ability to match paint colors and create custom shades

- Proficiency in using paint equipment such as spray guns brushes and rollers

- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and time-management skills

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
