GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
The following general obligations apply to all Studio Staff:
- Represent Studio 360 with integrity and uphold the organization's spirit.
- Attend meetings and workshops as needed, contribute intellectually, and share notes promptly. Follow up until tasks are completed.
- Adhere to all studio manuals, procedures, and protocols.
- Deliver high-quality output and standards according to role and engineering discipline.
- Assist the Leadership Development Program (LDP) office and immediate supervisors in achieving the studio's vision set by the Board/Investors.
- Be highly organized, self-motivated, a good team player, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Devote oneself exclusively to duty during working hours, extending beyond if necessary for duty completion.
- Maintain constant communication with LDP and immediate supervisors regarding deliverables and their status.
- Immediately flag risks related to delays, cost overruns, quality issues, or other concerns to LDP and supervisors.
- Be available on standby during vacations and weekends for critical deliverables affecting client or business needs. Establish proxy systems when unavailable for communication to ensure task completion and updates.
- Be accountable for personal and subordinate work.
- Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Perform well under pressure and meet tight targets.
- Follow all QA/QC procedures for work within scope.
- Maintain a professional appearance, always dressed in smart business attire.

Role Description:
The Assistant Technical Lead will work closely with the HOD on daily activities, reporting, and tracking department activities to monitor progress and task status set by the HOD for department heads.
Requirements:
- Strong creative thinker capable of leading the creative process and developing thoughtful, intelligent designs.
- Good understanding of the construction process, working with design teams and contractors.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to provide alternative solutions aligned with site requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare RFP logs (subcontractor) and update trackers.
- Generate look-ahead schedules from engineering programs, highlighting issues or risks.
- Monitor GFC logs with the Design Coordinator (DC).
- Weekly follow-up on RFI status and delayed actions.
- Track INAXUX submissions and highlight pending submittals for further action by TM.
- Prepare weekly reports for the office and communicate with S360 management.
- Collaborate closely with CTO and HOD.
- Demonstrate great organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams while fostering growth.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external teams.
