Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager who will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel's all-day-dining buffet restaurant. This role supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing service excellence, guest satisfaction, staff supervision, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and experience in managing high-volume buffet operations within a luxury hotel setting.

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Ensure service standards align with five-star hotel expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor buffet presentation, food safety standards, and guest traffic flow.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure timely replenishment and cleanliness.
  • Greet and interact with guests, handling feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Monitor guest feedback channels (e.g., in-person and digital reviews) and report trends.
  • Lead and supervise service staff, including hosts, servers, and bussers.
  • Assist in monitoring departmental budgets, cost control, and labor productivity.
  • Support inventory management, ordering of supplies, and stock rotation.
  • Ensure accurate daily reports, shift checklists, and billing procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with local food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage, all-day dining restaurant in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of service excellence and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of LQA standards is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Work Arrangement:
