The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all Food & Beverage outlets within an establishment. This position requires an individual who has a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to manage and motivate a team. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to uphold high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing operations, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. An ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in planning and executing daily operations.
  • Supervise and support the F&B team to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock availability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery.
  • Train new staff members on service standards and operating procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in managing budgets and expenses.
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate updates and receive feedback.
  • Develop promotional events to enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee scheduling of staff to optimize productivity and manage labor costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
