A leading real estate development firm in MENA is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to uphold accounting policies and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves managing financial operations, leading budgeting processes, and developing advanced reporting tools using Excel and Power BI. Ideal candidates will hold relevant qualifications and possess extensive experience in financial management and accounting standards.
The Assistant Finance Manager plays a key role in upholding Al Futtaim Malls’ accounting policies and ensuring all financial reporting aligns with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The role supports the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial operations and forecasting. It also includes providing technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, assisting in the implementation of new accounting standards, and ensuring full compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.
To manage and control various financial and accounting systems and procedures of the company in accordance with the internationally accepted standard and monitor its internal control to ensure financial stability and maintain complete transparency and accuracy in the system.
