THE JOB
The primary role will be to manage a portfolio of Eyewear brands.
Job Description
- Manage the assigned portfolio of brands with a comprehensive understanding of the eyewear retail business environment.
- Manage relationships with brand principals holistically, including product, marketing, brand information, trainings, and new launches.
- Research trends in international and domestic markets and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Serve as the key person for market intelligence within the eyewear industry.
- Drive marketing initiatives for the respective brands with support from the in-house marketing team.
- Forecast sales and formulate brand budgets.
- Develop business plans to achieve brand objectives.
- Manage the overall brand/product lifecycle from product selection to sales to end customers.
- Manage the buying cycle and order placement for brands, including effective management of the OTB (Open-To-Buy).
- Manage inventory to ensure the right product is available at the right point of sale at the right time, and identify slow-moving stock for liquidation.
- Monitor sales targets and purchases across various markets and channels.
- Maintain pricing parity across channels and regions, benchmarking regularly with home markets.
- Visit retail stores to ensure proper visibility and merchandising guidelines are followed.
- Drive e-commerce initiatives for the assigned brand portfolio.
Profile
- Graduate or Post-Graduate qualification in Marketing or E-commerce.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management.
- Excellent communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Proactive, result-driven, and presentable.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
