We are seeking an Assistant to the Medical Director, a local business owner with relevant experience in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a highly personalized approach at all times.
  2. Monitor journal and hospitality services to ensure a professional and organized approach.
  3. Offer efficient and professional reception and greeting services for clients and visitors.
  4. Assist with managing all local and international travel arrangements, including visas and accommodations.
  5. Maintain an effective correspondence management system, including email handling and scanning.
  6. Handle administrative tasks related to company hospitality tickets.
  7. Support ad-hoc management tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  8. Manage invoicing procedures and internal orders.
  9. Provide cover for other PAs and EAs as required.
  10. Manage expenses.
  11. Assist with the administration and control of company events.
