We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Area Manager with Caffe experience to oversee and manage the operational and commercial aspects of our client's Restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding leadership and management skills, be highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of our business in a specific geographic region.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community leaders.
  • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on region performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.

  • Depending on the season and the tastes of the patrons, add new menu items (vegan coffee drinks, for example).
