About the Job: A leading multi-site food business is seeking a dynamic and agile Area Manager to elevate daily operations and drive quality standards across their restaurant network. This role focuses on process excellence, customer experience, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and refine daily operational procedures across multiple outlets.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs and cleanliness protocols.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery and site standards.
  • Manage and develop relationships with aggregators and third-party platforms.
  • Work closely with quality assurance to uphold food safety and hygiene.
  • Monitor site performance and coach site managers to deliver against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to roll out operational initiatives.
  • Support training and upskilling of teams, with a focus on technical execution.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations within restaurants, QSRs, or hospitality groups.
  • Strong background in SOPs, customer service excellence, and operational audits.
  • Agile and detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
  • Background in restaurant management and team leadership is highly desirable.
