SAC Consultant is seeking a qualified Architect Engineer with strong experience in UAE permitting processes and local regulations to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support design coordination and manage authority approvals while ensuring full compliance with UAE codes and standards.

Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings in line with UAE regulations
• Manage permitting and approvals with relevant authorities (e.g., ADM, DMT, Civil Defense, utilities)
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and internal engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and authority requirements
• Respond to authority comments and follow up on approvals
• Support projects during design and pre-construction stages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Proven experience in UAE permitting and authority approvals
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and standards
• Experience with authority submission portals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software
