Job description

What you will do

• Collaborate with English Content Writers, Visual Merchandising Team, Marketing & Design Teams to plan and develop marketing Arabic content.
• Write, translate & maintain Arabic content that speaks to various client-specific personas and market segments, creating a user-friendly experience for the reader.
• Translate more general (site-wide) customer information such as FAQs, Product Descriptions, About Us, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Help Pages, Projects, Articles, Newsletters, etc.
• Translate words /2030 SKUs a day (in case of products translation only).
• Optimize content according to SEO best practices in collaboration with SEO specialist for Arabic website.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading final eye).
• Translate and/or quality assure translated material from English source languages into Arabic target languages, ensuring that the translated version conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible.
• Deliver weekly reports & update translation trackers on a weekly basis.
• Social Media Content Creation: Create high-quality bilingual engaging content (text, images, and videos) across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) with designer and videographer. You will actively help manage our social media to ensure that all our content is produced and published in line with our business objectives and timelines.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to social media mentions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Social Media Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement) to measure organic social media performance and identify areas for improvement. Research and implement new social media strategies and best practices.
