Arabic-Speaking Paralegal – Abu Dhabi, UAE Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employer: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi / M42 Group Reporting to: Legal & Compliance Manager

About the Role We are seeking a proactive Arabic-speaking Paralegal to support our legal and compliance teams in Abu Dhabi. The role involves contracts administration, regulatory support, and ensuring smooth internal governance, providing bilingual coverage for local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and maintain contracts and other legal documents under supervision.

Support regulatory submissions, internal compliance audits, and governance processes.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in both Arabic and English.

Assist with research, legal reporting, and documentation management.

Support the legal team with ad hoc projects and day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in healthcare, corporate, or regulatory environments preferred.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.

Familiarity with UAE legal and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
