We are looking for an AI-First Digital Marketing Intern who demonstrates strong social media fluency and is excited to leverage AI tools to craft engaging content that drives measurable results. You have an analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and are curious about how AI can optimize marketing strategies. Most importantly, you're eager to learn and gain hands-on experience building digital campaigns in an AI-native environment for a global luxury brand.

Job Location & Logistics: Job Based Onsite in Dubai with RGG - the engine that powers all of Puffy's innovation and other business ventures. Full Relocation & Visa Sponsorship Provided.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-platform digital campaigns: work directly with the Marketing Director to design the digital narrative and craft campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, driving engagement metrics and impacting the conversion funnel.
• Act with radical freedom: manage budget, leverage the advanced AI-native stack, and test, innovate, and scale winning campaigns.
• Experience true impact: engage in elite-level business operations and thought leadership, seeing the direct line from data-driven optimizations to a multi-million dollar revenue stream.

• You have a proven history of creating viral moments and driving measurable business impact through digital channels.
• You see complex data as stories waiting to be told and are fluent in the language of Gen Z and millennials.
• You understand cultural nuances that algorithms can't capture and treat social platforms as laboratories for growth experiments.
• You have obsessive attention to detail paired with strategic thinking that connects every post to business outcomes.
