• 3+ years in Web3 BD or Ecosystem Growth, ideally within Layer‑1/Layer‑2 projects.
• Technical fluency in AI and blockchain fundamentals.
• Strong network of builders, GPU providers, and protocol teams.
• Proven track record from outreach to Mainnet launch.
• Highly autonomous with ability to scale projects.
