Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Administrative Executive to support the post-sale process of exclusive real estate projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client documentation, payment tracking, and contract management. This role requires precision, professionalism, and strong communication skills to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, verify, and meticulously organize all required client documentation for post-sale processes.
  • Prepare and complete booking forms, agreements, and contractual paperwork with the highest level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain signatures on contracts, addendums, and other required documents.
  • Monitor installment schedules and follow up with clients regarding upcoming payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed and well-structured records of client communications, payments, and documentation in internal systems.
  • Liaise with developers, legal teams, and third parties to ensure compliance and smooth transfer procedures.
  • Track project-specific milestones and ensure clients are updated on relevant timelines.
  • Support the Post-Sales team with reporting, trackers, and resolution of client queries.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, client relations, or real estate post-sales support.
