Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized HR Admin cum Receptionist (Female) to join our team in Dubai JAFZA. The ideal candidate will manage front‑desk operations while providing comprehensive support in HR administration with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
HR Support
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, ID cards, access passes, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and JAFZA documentation
  • Draft and issue employment contracts, offer letters, NOCs, and other HR-related documents
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.)
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee events, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with JAFZA labor rules and regulations
Reception & Office Administration
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with company security procedures
  • Manage meeting rooms, office supplies, and general cleanliness of the reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within JAFZA
  • Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and JAFZA-specific regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
