Admin / Technical & Operations Assistant

Role Overview

As Admin / Technical & Operations Assistant, you are the operational and technical backbone of Booming Lifestyle. You manage data, systems, and workflows — ensuring that every process runs precisely, on time, and at a high standard. You are assertive, punctual, and commercially aware, with the confidence to follow up on tasks, communicate clearly, and support management in maintaining performance and quality. You represent the brand in every interaction — professional, polished, and always “dress to impress.”

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Support
  • Maintain and update property listings and projects via the CMS.
  • Oversee API integrations and data accuracy from developers and agencies.
  • Ensure listings meet Booming Lifestyle standards (SQM format, verified details, quality visuals).
  • Maintain administrative overviews (contracts, projects, timelines).
  • Monitor deadlines, task progress, and coordination between teams.
2. Technical & Systems Management
  • Manage and update the CRM system (leads, clients, partners).
  • Maintain connections with marketing tools (Mailchimp, Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Support technical updates with external developers (e.g. Hashone team).
  • Assist with automation, database management, and digital workflows.
  • Ensure data consistency, security, and system optimization.
3. Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, performance, and web analytics.
  • Maintain dashboards in Google Sheets or Data Studio.
  • Provide insights to management and marketing for data-driven decisions.
  • Identify process improvements and suggest operational efficiencies.
4. Commercial & Business Support
  • Support communication with developers, agencies, and business partners.
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and commercial proposals.
  • Spot new collaboration opportunities and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Maintain clear communication lines with marketing and sales.
5. Representation & Organization
  • Present yourself with professionalism and confidence — “dress to impress.”
  • Maintain a refined and polished appearance at all meetings and interactions.
  • Manage internal communication, meeting notes, and documentation.
  • Keep internal systems, schedules, and data organized and up to date.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administrative, technical, or operational roles.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM, project management tools, and data systems.

  • Background in an international or commercial environment preferred.
