Job summary

Overview

The Role This opportunity is with a company into diversified businesses based in UAE. In this position you would be responsible to manage SOAs, P&L management, financial reports, Revenue Forecast Reports.

Responsibilities

• Should have excellent knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Accounts payable / Accounts Reconciliation
• Balance Sheet, Cash inflow and outflow management, Petty cash
• Payment collections, follow ups, VAT filling, Corporate Tax filling
• Costing and commercial knowledge for price breakdown with vendors / suppliers
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting processes
• Perform general ledger journal entries and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions
• Calculate WPS Payroll on a monthly basis
• Maintain and update accounting records and files in a timely manner
• Vendor and client payment management
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CA is a plus)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance role
• Knowledge of accounting, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ideally looking for someone available immediately within UAE
