Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daytoday accounting operations including data entry and maintaining financial records.
• Process invoices receipts payments and reconcile accounts.
• Support monthend and yearend financial close processes.
• Assist with payroll preparation and tax filings.
• Maintain and update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments and accounts.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (or currently pursuing).
• 12 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Tally SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
• Experience in preparing basic financial statements and reports.
