Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction management and project execution, including significant experience in Europe and/or North America.
• Expertise in project management and financial monitoring in an international setting.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing work from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with design and regulatory requirements.
• Establishing planning, managing stakeholders, and anticipating risks.
• Verifying adherence to contractual obligations and making necessary technical adjustments.
• Managing financial tracking, handling technical documentation, and producing reports.
• Acting as liaison between contractors and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
