Job summary

An international recruitment firm seeks a Senior Recruiter for a hybrid role in Dubai. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, including candidate screening and client interaction. Candidates should have 5+ years of recruitment experience in the UAE and proficiency in Arabic and English. This position offers a one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension and requires three days in the Dubai office weekly.

Join our international RPO Team immediately for a hybrid assignment based in Dubai, UAE !

The Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

As a member of an international team of Recruiters and Sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a purpose-driven science and technology leader in the EMEA region.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for professionals. Your core tasks include briefing calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications documents, conducting telephone interviews, and scheduling Hiring Manager interviews. Provide detailed documentation of selection decisions, support candidates and managers during the hiring process, including offer and contract administration. As one of our first points of client contact, you are in regular exchange with the Hiring Managers, HR community, and other stakeholders.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • 5 years of Recruitment experience (end-to-end process)

  • Proven experience recruiting in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Experience in Africa is a significant plus

  • Knowledge of employment law and the Dubai market

  • Experience working with ATS systems (Workday is a plus)

  • Comfortable working within process-driven environments and consistently meeting established KPI’s

  • Demonstrates a structured approach to work and excels at setting priorities to manage tasks efficiently

  • Attitude focused on customers and interacting with them

  • Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and administrative skills

  • Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy

  • You communicate professionally in Arabic & English

  • Strong focus on talent acquisition, collaboration and agility

  • Demonstrates urgency and proactiveness in filling roles

  • Possesses the ability to influence hiring decisions appropriately

  • Operates with speed and efficiency in the talent acquisition process

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in the Dubai office 3 days per week

This position comes with a one-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).
